Leg cramps.

Leg cramps. Hate it.
Recently I've been getting these really nasty cramps; when I'm walking, when I'm eating, when I'm sleeping... and now when I'm typing. My right leg's been cramping since the past 2 hours. Hurts like hell.

Mom said it's due to the fact that I have too little salt intake. Hurr? Ah well! (But really, salt is so... salty.) Eewl.

My 18th birthday!

Before anything, I wanna tell my JC friends: "School term's starting once again! Exams in two weeks, right? God bless and... TOO BAD, LALALA, I'M HAVING MY HOLS TILL APRIL. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA."

Okay anyway! My birthday (22nd February) was awesome! 'Cos most of my favourite people in the world celebrated it with me! My family, The Marmalades, and of course my darlings, and my fave' course mates!

On the 21st darla Eve and I toured around Singapore in the bus brainstorming how we should spend the day. NS? Nah. Sentosa? Wrong outfit. Pulau Ubin? Can't book the resort. Clubbing (did darla's eye just sparkled? HAHA)? Nah, not interested at all. Guess where we settled on eventually? Kbox. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. So expensive, can!

Then nearing 12am darla Manda came! Whee. And in replacement of a cake they got me... HAAGEN DAZS ICE CREAM. Yum yum, heh. We took close to a hundred pics! Lovely lovely!



Anyways.
On the actual day itself:

Phone conference...
Rica: Joanna! Where you wanna spend on your birthday?
Rica: Oh! Let's go club! You're legal now!
Ben: Okay okay okay! I'm up for it!
Rica: Perv!
XLing: Yay, okay okay okay!
Cow: *protest* NOOOO. Don't like!
Rica: I insist!
Cow: My birthday or your birthday!
Rica: But we celebrate for you so we choose!
Cow: Then you ask me for what?! Grr. Don't want clubbing!

XQ: Keep your evening free, ah!
Cow: Okay!

Then came Caleb...
Caleb: Hello, your birthday! Want to go Fish and Co. tonight? My treat.
Cow: Okay! Who's going?
Caleb: *stammer stammer* Uhhh. Us only, lor.
Cow: (don't believe) huh?
Cow: *remembers* Oh ya, cannot, XQ booked me at night already!
Caleb: *stammer even more* *mumble mumble*
Cow: *confused* Huh?
Caleb: *stammer even even even more* Okay, uh, call you back!

Cow: Don't know. Super confused now, hmmm. Caleb asked to meet for Fish and Co. leh. Then XQ booked me at night. Don't know what's going on, though.
Gina: (BLA BLA BLA BLA. Fill in the blanks.)
Gina: Huh huh huh! Okay, call you back later!

Another one? -.- Oh, okay.

Cow: So..?
Gina: Sorry cannot meet you 'cos I'm picking my friend up from the airport.

WAHSEH. RATHER PICK SOMEONE UP THAN CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY WITH ME! Sad only!

Caleb: XQ and I meet you for Fish and Co. okay?

And...
XQ: Can't contact the rest of the girls so only the three of us, okay?

So ya, pushed The Marmalades away (yes yes, meeting them later tonight! Hehe). See, Rica, your fault for insisting on... Clubbing -.- Be honoured, okay, XQ! :X HAHAHA.

Took a bus 106 down to Plaza Sing'. Pav' said it'll only take 30mins to reach. But guess what? Takes close to 50mins! I almost puked and died from motion sickness, I swear.

When we got there...
Waitress: Table for how many people?
Caleb: Um, three.
Waitress: Okay, sit inside and wait, okay?

Bah, so really just the three of us, lol. I was like, wee, the sweetest people on Earth!
And just as we sat down...

SURPRISEEEEE!
Gosh! Gina, XXL, Lijun, Jerry came and surprised me! Then they sang the birthday song for me (they sang it four times in total for the entire evening at the same place, my gosh, I know they're quite paiseh, hahahaha)! Then a while later Stefan came. AND HUIMIN TOO! They still lied about Huimin being stucked at Malaysia custom so could not come. -.- HURR.


YUM.


I thought the waitress' realy pretty! So sweet XQ helped me to take her picture, HAHAHAHA. Gosh. But eventually we all realized she isn't that pretty afterall. Le sigh! Oh, and guess what? We actually took pictures with her (including solo ones). HAHAHA. :X

My gosh! I swear I laughed that hard. I practically burst! At that moment I was like, WHAT? HAHAHAHAHAHA. MY GOSH MY GOSH MY GOSH. IT'S SO SILLY! HAHA!

Okay, they said it was meant as a joke. Whoa, and they succeeded, muahas! Thereafter they presented me with their self-proclaimed proper gift (it's REALLY funny too. But it's really sweet! They said that they stayed up the whole night doing it - With just one paint brush, LOL.)

I refuse to blog about my birthday unless Aunt XQ, ginajaneCUTIE, and darla Eve send me all the pictures! Yes, that's a threat! ;P

Oh, and my sweet darling Eve wrote this for me!

And I haven't met up with my PU gang (Darla, Ron, Xiang, Bert, Daryl, and GW). But I guess it's kinda impossible to meet them too. (This reminds me, Ron and I had a chat yesterday - Glad he's still same ol' Ron!)

That day I was really upset - Felt that I was being pushed away. ARGH. Nevermind! Don't whine, Joanna! Superwomen don't do that!

And now the saddest of all...
Peter and Penelope came and left Singapore without telling me! Worse of all, they left by leaving a stupid note: "Hope to see you next year! (Plus a @#$%^&* smiley face.)"

Well. It's been a fruitful week - Loads have been going through my mind, and all I want to say is - SAVE ME.
I think I'm a workaholic. I've been stressing about me lazing around and not doing anything, wasting my time off. But hell, it's the holidays! I should chill and stop wishing I've got work on hand.
Well good news (that I won't be feeling the same way as I am right now) is - Some lady and my dad sort of got me a job. Not exactly confirmed (yet), but I'm gonna try it out soon. Yeah!

As I think about God this week, I realized he's been reminding me about this one thing. This one thing I've been trying to ignore for a few months. But I guess I got to face it soon! Le sigh. Getting a little worried. Ah well, God's got his ways!

It just doesn't feel right.

Yesterday was the last day of school, and nobody seems to be aware of it. Either that or they don't care (contemplating they still have to go to school for projects and all). I mean, everybody's supposed to be elated and insanic and stuff, right?

All these months of coarse driving makes me want to de-swollen the wheels. It isn't an easy semester, you know. Yes, it makes me wanna go Night Safari. Oooh, Night Safari - The place that spells 'emotional'. It's a beautiful place - You get all sorts of feelings when you're in there:
Heartache when your cash flies (damn the tram).
Joyful when you stroll.
In awe when you hear the lion's roar (God's works' amazing).
Upset when you get all quiet - And reminisce.
Mad when your fellows get tired.
Bored when everyone's asleep...

Later on I'll be meeting up with my cuzzies. It's weird - On the exterior I seem to be looking forward to it, but somewhere inside of me I don't really wanna meet 'em. I think I'm scared, so it's like, avoiding the awkwardness? Dang.

Oh, and that's why I thought of Night Safari. Mom suggested that I bring 'em there. But no, Night Safari should be visited with people you really enjoy hanging out with. :)
