iPad unveiled

iPad unveiled

It's like the enlarged version of the iPod but with better simulation.
(Don't be too critical about it - It's not a tablet.)

IMO. The iTunes and iPhoto's interface looks pretty much like your mac's, so it's cool. Also, it has the ebook function like the Kindle, but only better - With color. HD Video and web surfing is now made easier with the larger screen.

But well the downside (besides the fact that the name sounds like a new sanitary pad brand) is that it's too big. It's as big as a netbook, and just 2" smaller than the Macbook Air. And with its size and its purpose of being a fusion of Macbook + iTouch, I felt it should have at least some lappy apps e.g. basic Microsoft progs. And it's embarrassing not to have Flash in it =.= Almost all webs use Flash nowadays. Of course it also won't have your Macbook desktop interface or the functions of it. Sigh. Simply 'cos it's just iTouch enlarged.

And where is the camera?!?! How can a Nano have a cam and not on an iPad?

I won't want an iPad.
I want an iTablet.

Design it please, Steve Jobs!!!

P.S. Check it out on its web and in its introductory video.

Toxin

Toxin on a Saturday at 6:50pm

Tonight I will drown myself in poison
I will intoxicate my lungs with all the venom you've given me
I will slice your unfaithful brain and dip it in sulphur
I will not forgive until you've given me a reason to

I hate you for hurting me time and time again

What, Korea?

What, Korea?

As I was freeing my computer from any clogged-ups caused by my indecent usage of music & videos spamming, I found this awesome K-Dialogue I made 2 years ago. And then. My insane Korean soul started kicking in, again.

Aha, this will be The period of my life when I start doing something about my obsession. No, I'm not curbing it. I'm gonna do it. Learn the language and the culture. (My obsession usually don't last long. 2 weeks at most. We'll see.)

So last night before I sleep I downloaded Byki and started with a few phrases like "excuse me", "hello", "goodbye", "how are you", "I'm fine, how bout you"... etc.

Fwah, cool.

And I found an awesome electronic translating device:

Ectaco iTravl NTL2Kr

I wish I were rich.

Maybe a prog similar to this will be available on iTouch soon instead of those usual in-built phrase translating progs.

So you think you are better

So you think you are better

Flat ass, fat slob, messy room, dirty floor, nonexistent dog's hair, stuffy, bird seeds.
You can only see these stuff, you can only see my flaws.

Aiya whatever lor

Aiya whatever lor

The evaluation result of my practice pitch was well, disappointing... But that's okay 'cos...

...I'M FREAKING GOING TO HONG KONG.

RAHRAH! It's not totally for play, though. It's to attend HK Film Mart. All the Asian filmmakers will be there to do entertainment trades for broadcasting, distribution, financing, or whatever.

But of course, Disney, o.park, and shopping, here I come! Excited like mad crazy.
I hope everyone don't get too caught up with shopping. I want to play.

Help needed

Help needed

I like karaoke sessions minus the cost, so I tried setting up my home-made karaoke system using these steps:

1. Download karaoke videos online using third party progs
2. Drag it to Audacity and remove the vocals
3. Drag the edited audio track back to its video in FCP and export
4. Create a playlist in iTunes and drag the karaoke videos in
5. Connect computer to television
6. Set up and plug in karaoke machine and microphones

Does anyone have a simpler solution to this? Like any progs? Thanks!

They say the boyfriend looks like a nerd

They say my boyfriend looks like a nerd (lol)

Why do I have to be a victim of a stalking incident?

When I mean stalkers, I don't literally mean physical stalkers. I meant people who read into all my blog posts, trying to analyze every single word I've typed... people who view my facebook profile/photos on a regular basis, trying to guess who I'm hanging out with and what I've been doing... people who add my friends (whom they don't know) into their facebook contact list... people who google my name/email trying to find my profile or hidden blogs, if any...

What makes it worse is when they don't get it, they give you one million missed calls just to ask you about it. And when I finally pick up in annoyance telling 'em I'm too busy to talk right now, they continue yapping away with: "What are you busy with? Why are you always busy? What are you doing now?"

Didn't you not get what I mean when I say I'm busy? It means I'm never available to talk to you, and I have to put down the phone like, now?

Sigh. Get a life, and stop ruining mine.

Sitting on a pile of garbage on a Sunday afternoon

Sitting on a pile of garbage on a Sunday afternoon

Jojo just said hello to you.

Can't remember how 2009's really like. Things just flow. No grudges, no specific memories... But things have been great and I'm thankful for every event that God has placed in my life, be it horrifying or awesome. Mostly awesome.

But I know 2010 will be a tricky year, with Germ leaving for States just 1 month after he POP, with Josh turning 18 and still being childish, with me being legal and lawfully detached from my parents... There are loads to learn and cope with.

But I know things will turn out fine eventually, with God's fine plan :-)

Bloomed!

Bloomed!

New year, new haircut.

Ah, girly pearly whirly space martians.

I'm not the kind of girl who spends money at manicure bars, salons, facials, etc. But today's different. Stelly wanted to go for a haircut after our new year service at church today. And as impromptu as I've always been, I decided to go with her.

We ended up having more than a haircut - We had bangs (although the hairdresser said that I don't have thick enough hair for the kind I want...), highlights, and hair treatment.

$150. T_T

I know. Hair treatment... today's my first. But I loved it.

My hair was super duper long. Like 10cm past my chest. Now after the haircut it's at my chest level. 4 inches shorter. It doesn't have much layers like previously, though. Kinda like a straight cut.

Ah. I like my new haircut, minus the funny-looking bangs.

2009 has been great
