My ears are burning

My ears are burning

There are 3 kinds of people who have no rights to ask me not to watch my weight, exercise, and eat carefully:

1. Fat people
2. Skinny people
3. Sportsmen

They...
...say they eat a lot. But whenever we're out, apparently they don't.
...compliment their high metabolic rate constantly. But they're not eating.
...are not greedy for more food. Unlike me with a hearty appetite.
...work out like mad crazy. Intentionally.
...are apparently fatter than I am but don't give a s**t 'cos they think life's too short to be spent on eating healthy or exercising. (Well, then happy becoming a balloon if that's what happiness brings you.)
...want others to gain weight, but secretly are health and weight conscious (I'm talking about you).

Isn't it obvious when they are always full when we meet for dinner, or when they ask me to eat everything but their dad complains to my mom constantly that they only insist on eating oats?

Pfft. People.

Make space, please

Make space, please

It's been long since I gave a proper blog entry. So here's one. A pretty long one.

Typically, people clean and clear their house at the start or end of the year.
But I clean and clear mine in June.

Was clearing my room when I thought I heard traffic. Why is there traffic at this hour? And then I looked out of my window. I was shocked. The sky isn't pitch black anymore. It's 5.30am.

That's how long I've been clearing up my room - 7.5hours since 10pm.

Jojo in the midst of my mess while cleaning.

Viewing my room the moment you step in, you'll notice that, the floor's completely clear (I've been trying to keep my ground garbage-free), table's a little loaded but it's still acceptable, bedsheets are kept in place. It's unlike how it used to be a month back (floor used to be full of shopping bags, purses, clothes, etc). Like a complete overhaul.

But. It's all a lie.

Beneath that nice overture is a wicked wicked monster.

One of my drawers are decked with ornaments, receipts, photos, movie tickets, tags, keychains, and all that nonsense. And when I say "deck", I mean seriously "deck". Filled to the brim. And just for that particular drawer, it gave me 2 bags full of garbage.

After this nasty experience I decided to do something to the rest of the hidden crap. First stop. Wardrobe. And wardrobe alone took me 7.5hours.

I grabbed everything out and dumped them on my bed. Realized that I have loads of clothes still in their plastic bags, tags still intact, receipts still inside. And I haven't touched them yet. Since my wardrobe is a pain to look at, I've always avoided it at all costs unless I have to grab something really important. So what have I been wearing all these time? The same old clothes over and over again. Wear, wash, dry, on my bed. And it repeats, zzz.

So. By the time my stomach starts to yell for breakfast and my momentum starts to slow down, I know I have to hit the bed. But guess what? I'M NOT DONE PACKING. Like only 6/10 done.

And I can't just click 'pause' 'cos my entire floor is full of stuff, and my bed's full of clothes. How to sleep, you tell me. I can't even sit on my chair as it's stacked with underwear (clean ones, duh). I even had difficulty moving about in my own room. Had to walk over things and be extra careful not to step on Jojo (he anyhow sleep one, lor).

So by the time the sun starts to rise, I've finished clearing them all. Here are the results:

1. 4 big bags of brand-new or almost-brand-new clothes to donate off (I'm too old to wear cute stuff)
2. 2 big bags of old yellowish clothes to dump
3. 3 big bags of garbage
4. 5 big bags of clothes to keep for better days, like winter

Old clothes from the wardrobe damn disgusting, know. They carry a huge load of dust. By the time I'm done with everything my white tee turns grey, hands and fingernails are wrecked, and my feet's black (Note: I just cleaned my floor the day before. And now...)

I feel really gross and I wanna take a good shower. BUT MY PARENTS LOCKED THE DOOR SO I CAN'T SHOWER. @#$%^&* Since I'm too gross to sleep I shall just blog and wait till they're awake to have a good scrub.

Will continue to clear my other compartments and sweep+vacuum+mop my room afterwards. Update after I'm done.

I'm such a nocturnal weirdo.

P.S. I'm meeting the Davidians for dinner later. I'm finally available, Mindy's back from the States, and Ziliang is free to meet all of us after so long. Can't wait ;-D

P.P.S. Going Genting on Monday with PB, Andy Tham, Karen, and Cindy. 3D2N for $85. Cheap! But I hate gambling. And will never gamble. Wonder what I'll be doing there. Uh, theme rides? lol :-\

P.P.P.S. It's 7.50am and my parents are finally awake! YAY, BATH TIME!

Coagulation

Coagulation

is a complex process in which tears or blood clot starts to form.

I don't know where they're from or how they form over and over again.
Ah... It's beginning to turn cold.
